Description:
Zagreb in 1917 during the First World War: Milka Trnina, world-famous opera singer, has finally settled in Zagreb. She lives alone, supports the art scene through her charity and always tries to be of help to her people. One day she receives a visit in her flat from a student who insists on giving her a political book he bought on her uncle’s behalf. Milka Trnina welcomes the student in a friendly way and the conversation develops that reveals a lot about the protagonists, their lives and the situation in Zagreb.
